Migrated to new hosting provider, and made some minor css changes.

Fixed a couple of bugs in the error handling of situations where the user does not enter all of the required data.

Migrated to new platform and host; added in dataset from Parish Locator team.

Added support for user-selection of "Miles" or "Km" as the unit of measurement when performing searches.

Added sorting by parish name to all searches.
